Rank up advise - Og Wolverine/Storm

So, I'm about to get my last T4 mutant to rank one mutant champion to R5. I narrowed my choices down to these 2 champs.

Wolverine is duped and is at Sig Lvl 50
Storm is duped and is at Sig Lvl 60

Oh, and, I guess someone might question me on my intentions of where I want to use the ranked up champion.

Hopefully for quests, and can be used for AQ/AW offense.
