4/40 Blade or 3/30 Sabertooth to awaken.

Hey guys, needed some help. I have four star Blade and four star Sabertooth. Blade is 4/40 and Sabertooth is 3/30 (rank up soon.) However, whom should I awaken between the two? Thanks.
