Energy refills

I bought for 1500 units of energy refills to do a legendrun But with the new update my phone was overheating and kicking me out of the game i have send a ticket to kabam But go a standert mail from them and No answer if they are refunding my purchase of the refills i bought

If you haven't already, please perform a force restart of the app and check your Inventory for these Energy Refills once more. If they still aren't showing, please uninstall and reinstall the game and check for them again. Performing these steps will force updates to occur between your device and the game server and may resolve this issue for you.
