**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I noticed when fighting carnage that his buffs are now a passive
Did they kabam mention this or is it another silent change

His buffs have always been passive, I think Kabam just updated the buff symbols to more accurately reflect what is actually happening.

I use Dr Voodoo quite a bit and have never been able to nullify his buffs, even when they had the "active" buff icons.

No they weren’t. Scarlet Witch could nullify them. It’s a change (but not a significant one).

The Dr. Strange change was called out in 19.0. I don't recall a similar patch note for Carnage.

Carnage abilities were always passive. He only converts the passive in to a buff 20 seconds after using a special attack.
Dr. Strange power gain cycle was always a passive too

What are you talking about? Do you play the game? Been playing since pre 12.0. Talking about buffs not power gain cycle. They could be nullified which means they where not passive

Sorry, meant to say lifesteal. The power gain was a buff, but it wasn't working when stolened or replicated (probably because it wasn't intended), and so it was changed to be a passive.
