Time line on war seasons and fixed issues for downed players

Is there a time line on when the over heating issue may be resolved so we can get on with war seasons this delay is costing the entire contest with time lost from war seasons and everything else. I think we are all ready too get back too this game we have all grown too love too play. Any time line or anything we can get will be appreciated. Hope all is resolved soon.
