After clearing AQ i went into stash for rewards, but names are missing.

    TRY TO RELOAD, would that help? ... names and numbers are getting screwed up once awhile, everywhere, including Arena, Stash, etc .... normally it will fix itself once we reload the game. Hope it works for you too.

    Try force restarting the app / restarting the device.
    Might be a random bug due to resources not loading properly
