It used to award them as we reached each milestone.

In the nicest way possible, read what peak milestones are. Theres several threads asking about peak milestones. Milestones no longer get awarded as you go, but the highest milestone acheived is given at the end

Kabam not giving glory points as you go, just means we can't use them to buy health during AQ. Which also means if you don't have glory points stored up? Then you have to use units to buy health.

so save up glory. you are getting more glory with the new milestones, just need to either save glory or buy health pots ahead of time.
