    There should be a sticky how it works.

    So far, with Gambit, you trigger prowess by holding block, and then land a heavy.

    For goldpool, sp2 procs it.

    How prowess greatly influences attack lvl and damage, that i wanna know.

    Prowess increases special damage, and mutants gain it as a passive if CapIW has Storm, Beast, or Wolverine with him
