Level up Event?

Where has the level up event gone? Its been Event Quest Completion , Arena Wins , Hero Use and now Event Quest Completion has come up again, I thought the events were on a rotation? Unless it was removed in the recent events update.

    Yup, random. Only rule is we won’t get the same one back to back.
