Game team contact info

I have been trying to get in touch with somebody who can actually do something about my account. Anytime I contact support the case gets closed leaving very minimal detail and no other way to find a contact about helping with it. Is there anybody I can speak to who can actually help?

They don’t want you to contact directly with game team. Waste of their time so that’s why there’s forum and support for this
