Has Hyperion been nerfed?

Only get 3 or 2 incinerates with fury or 1 without fury. Yesterday it was like 4. Anyone notice it is it just me?

Pretty much everyone for the past week. YJ abomination joe electro ultron SL Yondu today. got the feeling he lost his nimbleness late yesterday but thought that was probably just me. then his fury wouldn't stack and now I notice his incinerate goes down for me. Usually I would get 4 stacks consistently.

Maybe, it might have something to do with the ability accuracy or crit rating ?
