When do we get our Peak Milestones? And, did we need to reach ranked rewards to receive Peak Milestones?

Once the specific event is over, and no, they are separate rewards for the same event.
Peak milestones and, if eligible, ranked rewards.

For what event? AQ? It'll be after it's over and since no one knows your score you're the only one who can answer if you reached rank rewards. If you're talking about other events, it's shortly after they're over.
