Karnak's true strike

Isn't it supposed to bypass evasion? cuz I faced a black Spider-Man and he was evading like is nothing after I used Karnak's Sp1... bugged or intended?

Intended.
He negates passive evade. Enemies with an evade buff can still evade against his true strike

Thats because evade buffs are triggered by offensive ways (spider and NC trigger them with special attacks).
You can't do anything against evade buffs. What you can do is avoid the enemy from triggering them. If you reduce enemy offensive ability accuracy before he lands a special, he will not trigger the evade buff

Also, whenever Karnak gets focused, he is immediately struck.
