New 4* and 5* any good?

Defeated act 4 for the first time, spun the 5* and 4* and got two new champs. 5* was Luke Cage and the 4* was Gwenpool.
Now I know some people love Gwenpool but is she worth r4? Is Luke worth r3?

Yes and yes. Gwenpool doesn't need dupe to be good but it definitely helps and LC can be good if you are not good at baiting or are against all or nothing nodes.
