Why can kabam reduce AW Points and no one get Any Information why

Now i try here to get Information, why our Alliance drop down in AW and no player in our Alliance get any massage about what happend. No one get a massage about „you cheaded“ Ort something else. Just lost 300 points. The german support have told me that of our member have cheaded. But no one get an massage. How can i control that this is right? Just trust that kabam did everthing right? Is that a joke?
