Rank Down Tickets

When rank down tickets were last distributed I was just dusting off my play and needed to seriously beef up. Now, I am in a position where I need to rank down a couple of my champions. Will we get this option again or was it a one time thing that I was not ready for?

I don't think anyone really knows. It was a nice gesture at the beginning of the year. It was the first and only time they have randomly given those out, so who knows.
