R4 4* Ultron or R2 5* Star-lord

Who should I use? Both are unawakened which is why I ask (currently leveling up SL)

I don't have starlord, but I'm pretty sure he is trashcan juice unduped. I would rank ultron than just level up SL with left over iso

Star Lord is pretty much useless without his sig

Wait until you dupe SL to start ranking him up.
