Earning glory without alliance, solo options

Can we please have a discussion on a good way to earn glory without having to be in a alliance.....I have been in some very good alliances and also some not so good, but regardless some alliances will kick individuals for the smallest thing and can cause one to miss out on rewards.....honestly I rather not even go through any of that and rather earn glory or other alliance rewards on my own....leave a comment if you agree and if this should be an option to those summoners looking to acomplish rewards on your own!

    Well the point of glory was to earn it as an alliance. There are other resources you can earn without being in an alliance

    Create your own ally. Play lower map alone in quest that’s what I do
