4-Star Class Booster Pack (Bug?)

Can we please get this resolved, I’ve been charged for two booster packs. I only received my Tech Booster Pack. Am I being refunded my money for my science pack too, or am I going to receive my Science items. I have sent a ticket and I’ve received no help. @Kabam Miike

You’re gonna want to put in a support ticket. They can’t really help you here on the forum

Hey there, if you've already sent in a ticket, the support team will get back to you as quickly as they can. If you have new info, like the screenshot you've provided above, replying to the last email you received with that new information would also help them to investigate your case.
