    But hey, that's just a movie. If he is alive or not, if there are plans to introduce him in another movie or not, it's irrelevant to his introduction in the game.

    They were off-the-record confirmed at SDCC. It’s a definite. Doesn’t need to make sense at this point.

    And as for the “heimdall is dead” point, they put in yondu in response to guardians 2

    But they didn't show thanos fully while he was killing heimdall, so technically they were never both on screen at the same time.
