Hi Kabam. So this may sound negative at first but keep reading because it is not all bad.
So today you came out with dare I say, an underwhelming t4cc offer. With so much that has happened over the last month I.E lag for android(not fixed) lag for ios(not sure), overheating and crashing on ios(fixed!), and the same in android(not addressed?), even google changing things up to make us pay tax on our beloved Kabam goodies...I think a few things could help you sway back some of the waning player base other than just fixing those issues.#1 adjust the units given per chest in the unit store. On an odins we will now pay almost 10 extra dollars for the same amount of units. It would be great to see all those unit values go up to compensate for the increase in price, and to keep players happy and spending. #2 Come out with some really amazing offers that don't break the summoner bank. You do this on 3 occasions out of the year i.e 4th of July(really fantastic job this year. THANK YOU!!!) Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. It would be great to see some truly amazing offers currently put out to the community as a thank you for continuing to support the company and the game through these rough times. #3 PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back summoner appreciation month. I think the title of that is pretty self explanatory as to why this would be a good idea. You have done a MORE THAN AMAZING job with the new champions being added and putting them all into the 6* crystal. Simply brilliant, and personally I could not be more happy in that area of the game. BUT we are not quite there as to really reeling in the player base and most loyal fans of the game who have been here since the beginning or close to it. I would really love to see you guys address the in game issues and this post in particular to get your thoughts on these points. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and hopefully respond in advance
