Alliance war and quest issue

But wondering if anybody else is having the same problem as me.
Recently since the 19.0 update I have been starting alliance quest and alliance war with only 3 energy instead of 5.
Kabam please fix this issue

You always start AQ and AW with 3 energy. It's been like that since I can remember playing

Yah it's always 3 energy at the start..May be you join 2 hours later after its starts so you start with 5 energy
