AW Error "This feature has been temporarily disabled. Pleas try again later" [Not A Bug]

Hi Guys,
My alliance has been trying to start AW match for over 4 hours now and we are getting this error. "This feature has been temporarily disabled. Pleas try again later". Is anyone else getting this error?

    If you check your in-game mail they sent a message Friday night and Sunday morning that war was coming down at 7PM PST. Judging by when you posted this thread and subtracting the 4 hours from that you missed the cutoff by a little over an hour.
