I Can't Send a Ticket From my Email

Dear Kabam,

I Try to send a Ticket about something, but i got this

"Account Name: Unable to create/update fields; Name. Please check the security setting of this field and verify that it is read/write for your profile or permission set."

Please, Somebody help me.

Hey there @OmLee_1503. This is actually an issue that the team is aware of and looking into. In the meantime I would recommend submitting a ticket through the game. You can do this by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
