Why doesn’t Angela have bleed she is using a sword but no bleed damage

Perhaps its a magical sword that cauterizes the wound. In any case it is not a terrible thing as her raw damage effects everyone the same. Bleeders and nom bleeders she still hits hard

If she caused bleed she would do a ridiculous amount of bleed because of how much attack she has. Can't have anyone with a bleed that's too powerful... Oh wait we have Domino, never mind.

There are a few champions that don’t deal bleed with their swords. Hela, Blade (kind of) and Psylocke come to mind.
