Game crashing

Anyone else having trouble getting into the game I can't the Game keep crashing at the loading screen with ghost and them close out I start having this problem after I join the goldpool arena

If this game keeps lagging this way no one will get anywhere. It just ruined an aw boss fight for me. Evertime i dashed foward to attack it lagged and would stop for a sec then suddenly im getting beat and did get beat.
