I purchased the deal from the store for the alphas. Was billed twice how do I or where do it to rectify this situation.

    I would probably contact whichever store you got billed from from aka Apple app store or google play. Also submit a support ticket.

    This is not something we can handle in the forums. You will need to contact support and put in a ticket.

    In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. You can tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.

    I am closing this thread as we cannot help with account issues in the forums.
