Problems again with units purchase ?

I just tried to purchase some units , they sent me to verify my informations for the card , and I did it , after is showing me a message the my Apple account is temporarily unable to do it , enter the online bank account I am
Charged for those units , enter in the game , no units , restart the game , no units . I have submitted a ticket already

    Apple locked your account up for verification purposes. It takes a few days to clear. Would have to call in. I do recommend NOT to have them disable this verification process. If you make it too easy... the credit card bill can become a nightmare.
