Purchase Limit in Glory Story not resetting

Mainly for T1 and T2 Alpha Catalysts. My purchase limit has been sitting at 5/10 for like 3 weeks now for T1, and 3/10 for T2 >_>

Not sure if anyone else is having the issue....

    What are the prices on them? If it's 225 and 900, just buy one and it will reset
