At this point, I suggested adding Prestige as well as War Rating, in another Thread. I've seen some problems developing because of changes, and Matches are pretty out of whack.

Thats why i said it should be based on war rating not alliance rating

Seems the most fair to me. You’ll be fighting alliances you’re more or less equal to.
