Mephistos L3 isnt granting incineration aura after consuming 2 energy bars in alliance war on the arc overload node specifically.

    Were you fighting against blade? His danger sense may have reduced your L3 chance to activate incinerate debuff when consuming 2 energy bars. Remember, blade's danger sense ignores mephisto immunity to ability accuracy reduction
