Wasp Block Profeciency

I've noticed that Wasp has an insanely low block proficiency and combined with her low health pool this makes her much harder to use.

Is there a reason for her low block proficiency because it feels like its just an easy way to make sure a champ isn't too good, but I do like the design where whenever she goes small her next to hits are guaranteed crits.

I have and use her as a 5*, and I haven’t found the low block prof a huge detriment
Just 4 hits, heavy, intercept and repeat
They always fall into a nice little pattern for me
