Please Explain Quake Synergy and Diminishing Returns

Looking for Kabam specifically to clarify some information here. SW's ability Veil of Fortune on a 4* at sig 99 triggers at 85%. If you add synergy with Quake and HE, that increased that by 15% putting it at 100%, hypothetically speaking. Can you please clarify how DR would effect this?

Also, if you add a 3* quake to that equation it would add another 12% increase putting it at 112%.

Most bonuses, including the Quake HE synergy, are multiplicative (85 x 1.15=97%) and not additive (85 +15 =100). DR has no effect on ability accuracy.

You're better boosting SWs crit rating so she crjts more, thus triggering a chance to proc.
