My 4 4 star crystals gave nothing

I got kabamed hard I opened 4 crystals which gave me nothing and I'm a low level thats not that good 4 4 stars help alot so please help

Did they give Dups? Check your Shards and ISO. If not, try restarting the game. If that doesn't help, open a Support Ticket with the Gear Icon in-game.

So I've done everything and after that one of my champions well disappeared

Your best bet is to open a Support Ticket. Explain what has happened.

It can take up to 24 hours sometimes. Just have to wait it out. Could be much less, but that's the standard. Good luck!
