The message is not just for you. You don't need to shout/spam for a champ to be in spotlight. I have seen the same type of of comments in other threads as well. The thing is, if you like # character, go rank him up and play with them. There's no profit in making others love your #character as well. (Although you can request some content creators to put some spotlight on it, that's the better way of making everybody look into it.)
