Can someone explain why AA would ever get "Critical Failure" against domino?

AA cannot have his ability accuracy reduced... Can someone explain to me why he can still get critical failure for abilities that aren't mastery related like parry?

Because he doesnt have 100% Accuracy so his abilities can fail to trigger

Some of his abilities like bleed are not guaranteed to happen with every hit so for every hit that he lands which doesn't result in a bleed he will get critical failure. Against domino, refrain from using champs which have a percentage chance to cause an effect on "all attacks".

True, but he regens back the dmg so it's all good
