no rewards act 4 chpt 1

ive just finished exploration on act 4 chapter 1. I didnt receive the exploration rewards ( ascendant crystal, 5 x gold crystals, mastery point etc ).
Sent through a ticket and had a reply from Beast Puma. according to him, i have received said awards.
Sent back through screen shots, still no reply.
logged out and in 3 time and also hard closed the game 3 times.
