We NEED more information when you all penalize our rating

So I’ve been a loyal player for 4+ years spending plenty of money on this game. We just received our 4th war rating whack this morning in the past 2 months. We have asked repeatedly for you to tell why and/or who is piloting or cheating and you won’t tell us. How are we supposed to figure this out when no one is admitting or possibly aware they are causing this. How can we get more information to prevent this from happening?? It is unrealistic for us to know what’s going on when you won’t tell us. We don’t even get any notification. Please help.

I was just gonna post the exact same thing man smhthey need to explain who’s in the wrong at the very least it shouldn’t be legal to take something away from someone as a punishment without giving an explanation of why

Simple really.

1. Someone gave out their account information to another person which tripped their sensor, especially the logins are across the world in the span of seconds or it bounced around the world indicating that one or more different people in different timezones are using it.

2. Someone in your alliance was given or bought someone else's account and is using it in your allainces and possibly sharring it with others and the same as above is probably happening.

3. Someone is hacking or modding and they were caught by kabam and your alliance is being penalized for it

Those are the only reasons why an alliances war rating goes down that much, if you or your alliance is breaking their rules then everyone in it is going to suffer for the few who are doing.

Best thing is for you to investigate and figure out where they are, check to see who was in your alliance during the rating drops, check to see if they were banded for a bit then remove them from allaince or tell them to stop.

If you don't then they will have no problem penalizing you until your alliance rating is 0 or just disband it.

What is your point? Unless someone owns up what can you do?. I really dont understand why people like you submit posts like this. Anyone with half a brain can understand why punishing 30people and not telling them why or because of who is just total bs. Kabam make this stuff up as they go along

If they don't want to release who's the offender, fine. But they should at least specify specifically what is the offense that causes the war rating whack. That way the officers can investigate on their own

The hacker or modder or cheater or piloter(s) since Kabam KNOW who they are need to be removed from the alliance and banned then the problem is solved and we don't have to worry about it instead of Kabam penalizing the entire alliance it just makes more sense to me 🙂
