Allaince war Rating changes

Hi Team,

Before Season 3 kickoff we are at 1845 with tier4 and when we are about to start war once season starts it is 1614 with tier6 . It's not about piloting as well. Allaince leader didn't get any message as war rating down as well and I didn't understand why 231 points reduced war rating down.

Are you kidding kabam, we need an explanation why it is reduced. First do your servers good and running instead of making mess up with allainces. We didn't even get a single mail from you why war rating is down.

And don't let a reply that thread has been deleted and moved. No one is banned in our ally or something all are able to play today then why the hell we reduced 231 points. Don't let people leave game with your silly actions which isn't fair.

@SpiderCools Not even a one but a guy in the ally is maintaining 2 acç because both accounts belong to him so it doesn't come under piloting. Regarding this he raised a concern to kabam support as well before joining ally he asked his both acc should be in the same ally played by him and he got a response from kabam as if both acc are him then it is not piloting.

my alliance has had the same issue, 300 point deduction and no explanation.

nobody banned, nobody owning up to breaching TOSs (like that would happen) and no clarity. I raised a ticket asking for clarity which said they have had a high level of tickets on the matter and are stepping up their investigation but also wishing me luck for AW season 3 and closing the ticket.

just seems a bit odd.

Welcome to The Club. It’s definitely related to multiple accounts as kabam system likely detecting it as piloting or sharing. Same happening to me after season 2 finished. AW ratings drop every few days, from tier 5-6 to tier 13 now and difficult to understand AW map there, so congested. Anyway stopped doing AW as automated replies from kabam support with no acknowledgement of the actual issue.
