Well I just got my black panther to rank 4 and Imy question is what's the best mastery set up for him is and also what will I expect out of him he is also duped

    Deep wounds especially, maxed precision and cruelty too I would say. Glass cannon should increase the bleed damage a little bit and despair could be useful since he stacks a lot of bleed (though I hear it's broken at the minute).
