Is unduped 5* Void still God tier?

Just got him and have the resources to go R3 but wanted to know if he was still worth it if unduped. Thanks.

Can't reverse regen unduped and all the debuffs just disappear after you get 6. Near useless on offense unduped.

You can reverse regen if you have despair mastery and other debuffs on the enemy. It just isn't that useful and reliable when compared with a duped void
