Oh no...I got your joke (and a clever one at that)...that a rank up question has never been asked prior. I was just pointing out that unique means "one of a kind". There are no levels to unique...something either is, or is not...

I also have Storm duped at 1/25, but have yet to rank her. I feel there are probably better champs to spend catalysts on then her. I have a 5* Iceman at r2, and I'm not sure when I will rank him, but it will most likely be before I rank Storm

Depends... What other 5 stars you have?

Whathappened

She used to be a great champ but she hasn't kept up with the newer champs. She fights well and has decent damage. Her lack of buffs can come in handy at times though. She out damages a lot of champs but is nowhere close to the heavy hitters like Sparks and Starlord.

Could she be used well vs Domino? She doesn't trigger any buffs at all right? You would just have to watch out for specials because she could fail to trigger stun or shock.

Yeah but if I’m to r2 storm that doesn’t require any t4CC and archangel isn’t awakened, I’m not taking him any further unawakened

Do you play arena? If no, then there is no point to take Storm to r2. Don't waste your gold on unnecessary champs.
