Mephisto taking incinerate damage

so mephisto's passive says "Generate 12% of a power bar instead of taking incinerate energy damage". I still
face this problem where he takes incinerate energy damage while fighting red hulk. anyone knows or have this same problem?

    but when you pause the game, it says the heat charges give incinerate energy damage

    Thanks, I just tried mephisto against Hyperions's first power and he doesn't take incinerate damage. Thanks for help

    Reading comprehension: Mephisto doesn't take Incinerate ENERGY damage. Red Hulk deals Incinerate PHYSICAL Damage. They are two different sources of damage.

    It is additional energy damage by Rulk but not an incinerate passive or debuff. This is no bug.
