Save your units. Do not buy any of the crystals. August 8th, the 1v1 match crystals are changing into the 2* cinematic crystals. So you can grind that and get them easy

None. Don't ever spend units on premium hero crystals. Get the shard ones instead. If you really need cap or WM just do a few quickmatches after august 8th for the 2* cinematic crystals(basic versions), which contain both of these champions.
