Has cap IW been slightly nerfed

I’ve noticed since update he crits dramatically less on his heavy as well his s2....when had 4-5 charges his heavies used to go for a total of around 15k when crit now it’s 6-8 if I’m lucky and s2 rarely crits anymore. I thought he was great IMIW and medusa counter, he is still good but now he doesn’t do enough damage.

I don’t know about you, but my Cap IW is fine. Max 4* Sig 6. He usually does 16k+ Damage on SP2 critical every time.

A couple fights ago today, he did 22k damage on 4-5 Charges for his SP2.
