Ronan need dupe for infinite stun on adaptoid?

Does he need to be duped to get the infinite stun on uncollected adaptoid?

Yes he's does

Yes. His signature ability increases stun duration for every buff on the opponent.

Note that his SP2 gets mildly increased damage for every buff; but no increased stun unless Awakened.
