Compensation

Kabam, you still have not said anything about compensation for iPhone users. We went through 2 weeks of overheating. This cost us potions, energy, and losing shards in arenas. You would think this problem is fixed, but with the latest update we still have this problem. I don’t want hear we are discussing it, just fix it, make things right.

We're still assessing the impact this issue had on players to determine the best course of action for compensation as we mentioned in THIS discussion. While I don't have any new information to share with you at the moment, as soon as we do, we'll be sure to provide everyone with an update. For now, I will be closing this thread down.
