Yondu vs Vulture?

My 4*yondu is 3/30 and unduped. I just pulled a 4* vulture. Is vulture worth dumping Yondu?

To give you some type of benchmark, this is akin to asking if you should dump your Hyperion because you just pulled a Venom.

Yondu is so so so much better.
