Why GP Event SHOULDNT be made harder

It’s no doubt that this months side quest has a lot of payback for a small difficulty but it’s not as ludicrous as people think it is. Low leveled players cant just suddenly become Lord Diablo by the end of this month and here’s why

The epic level rewards a five star MCU crystal with 7500 five star shards. “OMG, those newbies are gonna be better than us when they completed the thing!” But in reality you need to be at least level 40 to do the quest and most level 40 players have at least one five star or have tons of 4 stars already. Several of my friends laughed at me saying that I everything I’ve earns for they could earn in the epic level quest... until they found out that even if they can explore it with their 3 * Mordo, they are barely a quarter of the level required to enter

The same goes for the heroic and master rewards.

So here’s the thing. Yes this event gives tons of rewards, yes people will get so much more rewards from this event but it can’t make rookie veterans. So we should thank Kabam for being generous, farm the heck out of the difficulties that we can do and (to those veterans out there) thinking level ones with be walking around with 5* sparkies and starlords

Well said.

And even if they would be able to enter and get a thick champ out of it at level qt or something, the resource limits in inventory will keep them from ranking up said champs, because the 5 alphas needed simply won’t fit the inventory until level 30 at the earliest.

I enjoy the level 40 requirement. It gives old, or at least somewhat old, players good rewards while keeping the newbies from running around with 5*'s

My second account is level 35, I have 4 4*, one at rank 3 because Kabam won't give me t3cc no matter how many times I run the daily quest.
I could easily do this event and get a 5* but I'm locked out

Read this as well but we're still unsure what is "significantly more". Looking at the recommended rating of 28k worries me. I mean the recommended rating for Master EQ chapter 3 is around 20k+ (i think?) and yet my team of 4/40s (total of 22k rating) still truggle quite a bit. So will be expecting enemies 12000-ish rating each in the last week. put them in some ridiculous node then it's no longer "not significantly more difficult".

Agree completely. Although unfortunately, I forsee week 4 having 25k PI fights because that's how it (unfortunately) always turns out to be. I'm level 46, have 4 5 stars (2 at rank 2) but I am somewhat sceptical about making it through to the end of epic mode.. Hopefully at least I can make it to master mode 100%

Exactly.
Difficulty will go up by a little but not much.
Please stop this stressing out over week 4 in week 1...

I think it feels a bit like the event from six months or so back (was it longer?), with the 2* arena grind to get 10k five* shards. Kabam feeling generous!

I get 1 level every two days from this cause I’m level 37 and trying to reach 40 as well

You need to spend units on refills for that and I spent enough on my main account

I mean unless miike was flat out lying, I would take his word that the events won’t get much harder.
