Bugs getting worse

For the last 2 days this game have been crashing I've logged back on and either ive lost the match even after I've won or I've lost rewards that I've earned. I'm in arena now and it keeps crashing i have multiple screen shots with times and dates so some kind of way I feel like I need to be reimbursed for my lost. So many war match making but when are you all going to fix other bugs

    Can anyone help with this problem ik kabam sees what goes on so why not reimburse us
